Report Purpose
The purpose of the Detailed Vehicle Audit Trail and Calculated VAT report is as follows:
A comprehensive accounting tool used to audit the card system.
It contains all transactions per billing account/card number, and shows the VAT calculation for all transactions.
Only financial information is recorded in this report, all other forms of Fleet Management do not appear in this report.
It allows the accounts department of any client to ascertain costs incurred for the month.
The financial information is supplied per Individual Vehicle, per Cost Centre, per Branch and per Company.
Accepted by the South African Revenue Services for tax purposes.
