New Card Application

• The new Card Application form is used to inform NedFleet of new vehicle particulars.

• By selecting information from the drop-down boxes, the form will be pre-populated with the necessary information.

• The full vehicle details need to be recorded on this form, for example:

• 2009 Toyota Yaris 1600 manual 3 Door Hatch

• The contact persons’ full details and telephone number is required.

• The contact person will be notified once the card is ready for collection or delivery.

• The complete form should be submitted to NedFleet before 12 noon for the Fuel Card to be available for collection within 48 hours.
