Invoice Scrutiny

NedFleet provides an invoice scrutiny process whereby any maintenance invoice can be forwarded to our processing division for scrutiny. Upon receipt of the invoice it is checked for the following:-

• Fleet owner's discount

• Excessive charges

• Possible Duplications

Should any of the above be apparent, a credit request is generated to the specific merchant.
